Movie & Internet

Movie:
Last night watched a nice funny movie. Heard about it from some colleagues followed by a recent review in Rediff of a remake of this film in Bollywood. This is a french movie (1999) called "The Dinner Game". The remake is titled as "Bheja Fry" released last week and gets a very poor rating. But in that review itself it praises its original. So I ordered it from my recently opened BlockBuster account.
Found it a great hilarious one! Do sure see it. As it is close captioned plus mainly dialogue driven need to follow it attentively. But the story/characters/and the screenplay will make sure you remain cling to it till the end and it will for sure give you a good laugh!
My next in line is Blood Diamond (adventure/thriller) and Holiday (romantic flick), The Queen.
And recently seenover past few weeks are like "The Prestige", "Illusionist" (both on the theme of Magic), Babel (pretty dark..but Good), Borat (Horrible and Repulsive), Taladega Nights (very funny..but need to have my "mentality"), Brokebank Mountain (quite sentimental..hmmm).

Internet:
Since long I was looking or wondering why these Yahoo, MSN etc dont provide Messenger services in their web site itself. Its a pure co-incidence that today when I checked I do see yahoo has launched beta version of its messenger in their website. And then you start wondering why they are doing so now...after 8, or 9 years of launching the messenger.

Well..this is my take:

a) Google Talk. There is No Need to install any software. You can access it from anywhere in the web. But Google is always Google!

b) A startup type of website...Called "Meebo". In their website they do offer messenger for all AIM, Google, MSN, Yahoo..in all different languages too including Hindi and Bangla! Though it is awkward to see like "Password Bhool Gaye" "Sadasya Bano" "Mujhey Yaad Rakhey" and "Pravesh" but this is great having all IMs at a single place without installing their softwares.

Another good thing about is it being 3rd party..there are still many Work Place servers who probably dont know it and you can Yahoo IM from work too...Ssssshh.
